1. Refund Policy
- Service-Based Refunds:
Refunds are generally not provided for services rendered. If you’re dissatisfied, please contact us—we’ll work to resolve the issue. In certain cases, partial refunds or service credits may be offered at our discretion. - Project Milestones and Refunds:
For milestone-based projects, refunds are only available for work not yet started or delivered. Approved milestones are non-refundable. - Digital Products:
Delivered digital products, such as animations or web assets, are non-refundable once accepted.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Project Cancellations:
- Before Work Begins: Full refunds are available for cancellations made before any work starts.
- After Work Has Started: Refunds will reflect the work completed and non-recoverable expenses incurred up to the cancellation date.
- Subscription-Based Services:
Cancellations for subscriptions must be submitted in writing at least 14 days before the next billing cycle. Refunds are not issued for partially used periods. - Digital Advertising Services:
Refunds for advertising campaigns apply only to Michigan Digital Hub’s management fees and exclude third-party platform costs or completed work.
3. Refund and Dispute Resolution
- Good-Faith Resolution:
If you’re unhappy with our services, reach out. We’ll work together to find a resolution that meets your needs. - Dispute Resolution:
In the rare event of a dispute, both parties agree to mediation before considering legal action.
